To anyone thinking of which vet to take your animal to, this is the one. They are all professionals. They would come in all hours of the night to make sure Rage was ok, and also went as far as putting a web cam in front of his cage to monitor him at home. You guys and gals are the best. Posted : 5/30/2011 Comments : We first came here last november when my baby girl Lola was very sick. I had been working with..another vet (that i wouldn't take my pet rock to). Lola could not be saved, however, Dr. Francke and his whole staff did EVERYTHING under the sun to try to save my little girl. They gave me an extra 2 months with my baby. Ive never met people who sincerely care so much. I take both of my current dogs there and will continue to as long as I have fur babies. Thanks for all you do! Posted By :

Posted : 4/1/2011 Comments : thank you guys so much for how caring your staff is. i found a stray cat who had been hit by a car and it was paralyzed and had no hope for survival and was just left on the side of the road to die. i was able to bring this poor cat in and you and your staff humanely euthanized the cat and took care of everything for me even though the cat was not mine nor a client of yours, just a stray. it shows how big of hearts you guys have and that you really are there for the animals. thank you<3 Posted By :

Posted : 3/18/2011 Comments : How do I begin to THANK ALL OF YOU!! We started coming to Bay Animal 15 years ago, when we first adopted Hank. We brought Hank in for his first check up, finding out he had Parvo. Dr. Steve nursed him back to health. Because of that we were blessed with Hank for almost 15 years. I brought him in just a few weeks ago, to find out he had cancer. Roy & I were devestated over this. Dr. Steve, Deb, Mary, Lori, Tiffany, Holly, you all treated us like family through this. We had to make a tough decision with Hank. Having all of you really helped us with this loss... The hugs, caring, comforting, & professionalism was so greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts!! Everyone at this Vet's office goes above & beyond to make the pet & the family feel special! You all did an awesome job with her last yr when she needed the surgury to remove the 12lb tumor. She will be missed by me and all that knew her. Thanks again for all your help. Posted : 11/5/2010 Comments : I will highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone who needs vet care for their fur baby,all of the staff are just wonderful,very caring and the examining rooms and waiting room are so clean,I have been there plenty of times for the care of my sick cat and never once have I had any of the staff do a sales pitch on me,I also have friends and family that go to this clinic and they have never had any of the staff do a sales pitch on them either.I want to thank all the Doctors and waiting room staff for taking such excellent care of my cat, your the best!. Posted : 9/29/2010 Comments : This is in response to the comments by Denise Bubloni. When I saw your comments on the guest book, I pulled your file and read the notes by Dr. Smith. Without divulging your pet's medical history in this public forum, let me just say that you should have the veterinarian that performed the second opinion for you call us. Each and every abnormality that was identified in your puppy has a good medical or surgical solution. Unfortunately each problem also has potentially VERY serious consequences to your pup's health if untreated. We will ALWAYS inform you of medical conditions that require attention in your pet, that is our job. It is not part of a "sales pitch." I urge you to have your new veterinarian contact us ASAP, so we can discuss case findings with him or her. We will attempt to call you to follow up, as we are only concerned with "Boz's" health. You told me my new puppy needed surgery after surgery. I took him to several other vets and they completely disagreed on everything that was told to me. I felt like you were just there to make money, not care for my pet. The vet tech that came into the room first talked so fast we couldn't say a word. And all she talked about was one thing to buy after another. Was completely unsatisfied with everything about this place. I will never come back. Posted By :

I recieved some info from the Bay County Humane Soc, and this was by far the best place to go. The staff was great, and answered all of my million questions about pet surgery.
