Appointments:

Our office operates by appointment only to allow proper time to service each client & patient.  Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which may delay appointment times. We ask for your patience & understanding if such circumstances should arise while you are here for a routine visit with your pet. Please understand that we always make a sincere attempt to see each client & patient on time.

Patient arrival:

When arriving with your pets, please park in a numbered parking space at the front of the building. In front of your parking space will be a red sign with a phone number; we ask that you call or text that number to reach our curbside staff & be checked in. When a team member is ready to begin your appointment, they will call you to do so; at this point you will be given the option to come inside with your pet, or remain curbside for your conveinance. Though our doctors & staff make every effort to ensure our patients feel comfortable during their visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings or other pets; for the safety of all, we require your pets to be on a leash or in pet carrier until safely in an exam room.

Visitation for a post-operative or hospitalized patient:

If your pet is in our care & you would like a photo or video texted to you while you're away, please call our office & let a client service representative know; we will be happy to do so!

Pet parents are welcome & oftentimes encouraged to visit their pets during a hospital stay.  While our staff ensures your pets receive plenty of love & attention while in our care, we know they're missing their families; a visit from family is sometimes "just what the doctor ordered".

If a pet is with us for a surgical procedure, there are circumstances where visiting them may create, too much excitement after just having surgery, or an influx of anxiety after you go. Please understand that if a doctor or staff member decides it's best not to visit, it is simply in the best interest of your pet at the time.

For all visitations, we ask to please call the office ahead of time; this way our staff can be make arrangements in the hospital for a comfortable & safe visit while you're here.
